PANEER GRAVY RECIPE

Ingredients:
Paneer (250 grams)
Pyaaz (1 medium size)
Tamatar (2 medium size)
Hari mirch (2-3)
Hara dhaniya (1 tablespoon)
Adrak ka paste (1 tablespoon)
Lahsun ka paste (1 tablespoon)
Haldi powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Lal mirch powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Dhaniya powder (1 teaspoon)
Garam masala (1/2 teaspoon)
Dahi (2 tablespoon)
Cream (1/4 cup)
Ghee (2 tablespoon)
Namak (as per taste)
Paneer gravy recipe banane ka trika :-
Paneer gravy recipe banane ke liye, sabse pehle ek kadhai mein oil garam karein aur usmein jeera aur hing daalein. Fir usmein pyaaz, adrak aur lehsun ko acchi tarah se bhunein. Jab pyaaz sunehra hone lage, usmein tamatar daalein aur sabko mila ke 5-7 minute tak pakayein.
Ab ismein lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder aur namak daal dein. Sabko milayein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein. Fir ismein pani daal dein aur acchi tarah se mix karein. Is mixture ko ab mixer grinder mein blend karein aur smooth paste bana lein.
Kadhai mein thoda sa oil daal ke garam karein aur usmein blended mixture daal dein. Paneer ko bhi ismein milayein aur acchi tarah se mix karein. Ab ismein thoda sa pani daal dein aur dhak ke 5-7 minute tak pakayein.
Jab tak paneer gravy acchi tarah se pakta hai, tab tak usmein thoda sa hara dhaniya daal dein aur mix karein. Paneer gravy taiyaar hai! Ise garam garam chawal, roti ya naan ke saath serve karein.
