Paneer butter masala recipe ek prasiddh bhaarateey shaakaahaaree vyanjan hai jo svaadisht aur kreemee hota hai. yahaan ghar par paneer butter masaala banaane kee vidhi dee gaee hai:
paneer butter masala ki Samagri:
- 200 gram paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 chammach makhan (butter)
- 1 pyaaz, kaata hua (onion, chopped)
- 2 tamatar, kaate huye (tomatoes, chopped)
- 1 chammach adrak paste (ginger paste)
- 1 chammach lehsun paste (garlic paste)
- 1 chammach jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 chammach dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
- 1/2 chammach haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 1/2 chammach laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1 chammach garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup cream
- Namak swadanusar (Salt to taste)
- Hara dhaniya, kata hua, garnish ke liye (Coriander leaves, chopped for garnishing)
Paneer butter masala banane ki Vidhi:
- Paneer ko chote tukdo mein kaat len aur alag rakh len.
- Ek kadhai mein makhan ko madhyam aanch par garam karen. Jeera daalen aur unhen phootne den. Kaati hui pyaaz daalen aur tab tak saute karen jab tak ve translucent na ho jaayen.
- Adrak aur lehsun paste daalen aur ek minute ke liye saute karen. Kaate hue tamatar daalen aur unhen naram aur chikna hone tak pakayen.
- Dhaniya powder, haldi powder, laal mirch powder aur garam masala powder daalen. Achchhe se milayen aur 2-3 minute tak pakayen. Aag band kar den aur mixture ko thanda hone den.
- Thande ho jane ke baad mixture ko blender mein blend kar ke smooth paste bana len. Blend kiya hua mixture ko kadhai mein wapas daal den aur cream daal den. Achchhe se milayen.
- Paneer tukdon ko daal den aur halka halka mix karen. Namak swadanusar daalen aur mixture ko 5-7 minute tak pakne den.
- Kata hua hara dhaniya daal kar serve karen. Paneer butter masala naan, roti ya chawal ke saath garam-garam khayen. Aapka ghar par banaya hua paneer butter masala tayyar hai!
