Dahi bhalle ek logpriya uttar bharat ka nasta hai jise urad ki dal bhigo ke pis kr paste bna kar banya jata hai ,iske baad better ko masalo ke sath milaya jata hai or balls mai akar dia jata hai , jo sunhera bhura hone tk deep fry kia jata hai , inn kurkuri gendo ko fir dahi mai bhigoya jata hai or iske upar imli ki chatni , hara dhaniya or laal mirch powder dala jata hai , malaidar dahi or mithi or khatti chatni ke sath kurkuri gendo ke viprit ek sawadist snack bnta hai , dahi bhalle garmi ke dino ke liye ekdam sahi nasta hai or party ke snacks bhi hai , aayie isye banne ka trika jante hai , dahi bhalla banana bhut hi asan hai .Dahi bhalle banane ki saman :-
- 1 cup urad dal
- 1/4 chota chamach baking soda
- 1 chota chamach adrak ka paste
- namak sawad anusar
- 1 chota chamach jeera
- talne ke liye tel
- 2 cup dahi
- 1/2 chota chamach chini
- imli ki chatni
- Daniya patti katti hui
- Lal mirch powder
Dahi bhalle banane ka trika :
Urad ki dal ko kam se kam 4 ghante ya raat bhar ke liye paani mai bhigo de , pani se nikal kar daal ko ek mahin paste mai pis le , ek chikna paste bnane ke liye aapko pani ki jrurt padti hai aap toda sa dale .
Urad dal ke paste mai ab toda sa baking soda , adrak ka paste , namak or jeera dalkar achi tarah mila le .
ek gehre pan mai tel gram kare , apne apne hatho ko gilla kare or batter ka chota sa hissa le or ek ball ka akar de ball ko dheere se gram tel mai dale , dheere anch par balls ko golden brown hone tk fry kare , ek khachedar chamach se nikal le or jada tel ko hatne ke liye unhe ek paper par rakh de Ek alag katore mai dahi ko chikhna hone ka fate le swad ke liye chini or namak dale , tale hue balls ko gungune pani mai 5-6 mint ke liye duba de pani se nikale or dheere se extra pani ko nichod de balls ko serving plates par rakhe or uske upar dahi dale dahi ke upar imli ki chatni dale or upar se hara dhaniya or laal mirch powder dale .
